- Kolong Kala Kendra is presently busy with publication of a book offering gratitude to Late Buddhindra Nath Barpathak from Auniati Satra, Majuli, Assam who was the last traditional painter of the decade. The book goes to reflect not only life and works of Late Buddhindra Nath Barpathak, but also different sections of Assamese culture.
- Kolong Kala Kendra is presently busy with publication of another book on life and achievements of Dr. Naren Kalita, the serious scholar in manuscript paintings of Assam and manuscripts without illustrations.
- Kolong Kala Kendra is presently busy with survival of history of Puranigudam, the district headquarter in British period. Already KKK organized two lecture programmes on the same topic (Late Dharanidhar Mazinder Lecture Programme, 2013-15) and after the five (5) one, KKK decides to publish a book on the survival history of Puranigudam.
- Kolong Kala Kendra is presently arranging Terracotta Training in its premises.
