Kolong Kala Kendra’s prime objective is to make the society culturally beautiful. This organization believes in social majesty of art and gets it involved in artistic upliftment of various aspects of the society. It also believes that the artists should not work being detached from the society and instead they should think themselves as conscious members of the society and should capitalize on its beauty and work for its betterment. The artists belonging to Kolong Kala Kendra believe in such ideology and dedicate themselves for the society and humanity as well. The organization believes that the preservation and development of handicrafts is a sacred duty of a community and therefore it is also one of the objectives of Kolong Kala Kendra.
